Professor of the Department of Painting and Conservation-Restoration of the Faculty of Fine Arts at the Complutense University of Madrid. Between 1985 and 1995, she directed the Restoration Service of the Diputación de Castellón. During 1991 and 1992 he worked in the Universal Exposition of Seville, in the exhibition "Art and Culture around 1492", managing the aspects of conservation, insurance, installation and transport of works. He has participated in numerous research projects and congresses and among his many publications, his book Conservación y restauración. Materiales, técnicas y procedimientos, De la A a la Z is a reference work. His latest book, published in collaboration, is Criterios y normativas en la conservación y restauración del Patrimonio Cultural y Natural. He has directed and co-directed two specialized scientific journals: ECR - Estudos de Conservação e Restauro, 2009-2012; Ge-conservação, 2009-2014. He has been part of the Scientific Council of 12 other journals in this professional field and has directed the Degree in Heritage and in Conservation-Restoration at the Escola das Artes of the Universidade Católica Portuguesa in Porto, between 2003 and 2011.
